Substations
Substations are nodes in a
circulation system. They are places where the complexity of the system
is visible. There are no moving parts in a substation: one kind of
voltage enters the transformer, another kind of voltage leaves. The
substations presented here are in the greater New York area. The
drawings happen over the course of several days.
